The speaker will explain many of the abbreviations and acronyms used, from the simple &#8220;BGB-Gesellschaft,&#8221; through the EK, OHG, and main types of limited partnerships (including the &#8220;&amp; Co. KG&#8221; and the KGaA), down to the various forms of Corporation (GmBH, AG, SE).
