Dear ATA Law Division members,
Based on our last survey, many ATA Law Division members expressed the need to work on their marketing strategies. Therefore, we are launching a marketing email campaign initiative where participants will be assigned to marketing working groups for one month. The initiative will run from mid-April to mid-June.
Who can participate?
Any ATA Law Division member who:
- Has an established presence online (i.e., your business has a name, a logo, a professional website or an online profile).
- Is committed to set up an email marketing routine.
What is a marketing working group?
The marketing working groups will consist of up to 3 members, and will meet as often as they wish during one month. We have set up a marketing routine of 15 tasks with proposed milestones to help you structure your work and get your marketing routine established.
The start date is April 16 and the end date is May 16.
Some items could be done on your own, although you could set up virtual coworking sessions with your working group members to ensure you stay committed (e.g., 30 minutes).
Goals and Tasks:
By the end of the month, you’ll have:
- A completed email marketing plan tailored to your business.
- A polished email marketing template ready to be sent.
- Identified your first 10-15 potential clients.
- Sent your first marketing email.
