The Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF), the local translators association for this year’s event, has dedicated a webpage on their website to the ATA’s annual conference in Miami.
In addition to the official conference video and an event countdown timer, the page has a wealth of information for those of us who are planning to spend a few more days before or after the conference to enjoy everything Miami has to offer. There are tips about physical activities, restaurants, shopping malls and stores, nightlife, concerts, and Halloween parties taking place in the Magic City.
Also, make sure you check out the fun blog entries they have written about the event, and meet Florencio, ATIF’s “mascot” for this year’s conference.
We’d like to thank PLD member Gio Lester, who is the current president of ATIF, for coordinating this effort. For more information about the Miami event, visit the Conference website and the ATIF webpage.
