ATA63 Science & Technology Division Dinner

Please join us at our traditional Science & Technology Division dinner for a relaxing evening of networking, meeting new friends, and catching up with old ones.

When: Friday, October 14th, 2022 @ 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Pez Cantina is located at walking distance from the conference hotel. The restaurant is known for its authentic Mexican food and colorful, picturesque coastal Mexican dishes. We will enjoy a build-your-own taco bar on the garden patio which perfectly captures a Los Angeles atmosphere. (Photo by Alen Lin)

Build Your Own Taco Bar

Proteins: Cile Verde Carnitas • Carne Asada • Chicken Tinga • Roaster Cauliflower (V)

Tortillas: Soft corn • Flour
Sides: Black beans “de la olla” • Cilantro-lime rice
Salad: Pez Mex: romaine, black beans, corn, tortilla strips, tomato, cucumber, queso fresco, chipotle-lime vinaigrette

Vanilla bean tres leches flan cake with spring berries • Seasonal Tropical Fruit platter

Dinner includes non-alcoholic drinks: Iced Tea • Soft drinks • Sparkling water • Still water

Reservation & Payment:

Cost for the dinner is $63.00, which includes non-alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity.

This year, we would like to ask for your help in raising money to provide a free dinner to one or two selected student members or first-time attendees. Please find out more about our new Student Poster Presentations initiative.

1.  $63.00 to RSVP for your dinner
OR
2.  $65.00 which includes your dinner PLUS a $2.00 voluntary donation toward sponsoring a seat for a selected student member or first-time conference attendee

IMPORTANT: Make sure to use the “Sending to a Friend” option at checkout to avoid transaction fees. Also, PayPal charges additional fees if you use a debit or credit card instead of a linked bank account or PayPal balance, or if your PayPal account is not US-based. If you wish to use another method of payment such as a US check, Venmo, Zelle or bank transfer, please contact Mery Molenaar.

In the event that the conference switches to a fully virtual event, you will receive a refund of your payment minus any PayPal transaction fees.

Our dinner space is limited to 40 guests and reservations are received on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received by October 10th, 2022.
