Before embarking on her freelance career as Principal at SET Linguistics, Sierra most recently worked as a medical interpreter and translator at Grace Clinic in Kennewick, WA&#8211;a free health clinic for low-income patients without medical insurance. She also has prior experience translating mining documents and legislation, teaching Spanish, and working in the legal field. Sierra holds a BA in Spanish with an International Studies concentration from Gonzaga University.<\/p>\n<p>Sierra will be spending time between the Oregon Coast and Valencia, Spain, while pursuing her freelance career.
